Delivery

As soon as an item has been sent we will send you an update with the expected delivery date and tracking details. We can offer free collection from our warehouse or delivery within 5 miles of Guildford, please get in contact to arrange.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

Once you have placed your order, we aim to despatch within 1 working day from the day the order is placed. 

Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service. You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your tracking number, so you can track your parcel until the point of delivery. 

*Please note that international deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at the destination country and are to be paid by you, the purchaser. You may be contacted by our courier partner and then asked to pay charges for the parcel to be delivered. If an additional import, duty or VAT payment is requested, you will need to pay the charge to release your parcel. We will not be liable for any import, duty or VAT charges applied once the goods reach your destination country outside of the UK. If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us, you will forfeit your refund*

 

Returns and Refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Simply email hello@tablestylist.co.uk to request a return. Please quote your name and invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will get back to you with full instructions on how and where to return your package. We do not pay return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damages 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate and hopefully resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our products.
