Delivery and Returns
We currently only offer delivery within the UK. As soon as an item has been sent we will send you an update with the expected delivery date and tracking details. We can offer free collection from our warehouse or delivery within 5 miles of Guildford, please get in contact to arrange.
Returns and Refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Simply email email@example.com to request a return. Please quote your name and invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will get back to you with full instructions on how and where to return your package. We do not pay return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate and hopefully resolve the issue.
We do not offer exchanges on our products.
